Stanford Recreation and Wellness offers two totally different move choices available through the Group Fitness Program. The Cardinal Group Health Move gives access to all non-reservation based lessons. The Platinum Group Health Go offers access to all lessons available on the Cardinal Group Health Go PLUS reservation based mostly classes for an add-on payment of $50 per quarter.
